A Very Crowded Grid is an 11x14 mixed-media piece where the characters have simply run out of room — and don't seem to mind one bit. Faces press against edges, figures tumble into neighboring spaces, and the whole composition hums with the barely-contained energy of a crowd that has outgrown its boundaries.
Created through gel-plate printing and intuitive layering, this piece captures the joyful chaos of too many personalities in too little space — each one distinct, each one insisting on being seen.
The grid tried. The characters won.
